Admission and event terms
Admission is limited to guests age 21 or older. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required at entry. Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and ticket tier shown at checkout. Midnight Kiss and Dreamland Lounge may refuse entry or remove a guest when required for safety, legal compliance, capacity, or violation of these policies.
Nebraska law and Dreamland Lounge policies apply. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unwanted contact, violence, illegal drugs, and disruptive or unlawful conduct are not permitted. Re-entry is allowed with the original wristband or ticket and may require another ID and security check.
02 · Refunds and transfers
Ticket changes
Refund requests for The First Kiss must be submitted by 11:59 PM Central on September 10, 2026. Tickets are nonrefundable after that deadline. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take additional time to appear, depending on the payment provider.
Ticket holders may use the ticketing platform's private transfer or resale link to place a ticket in another eligible guest's name. Rescheduling or transferring admission to a different Midnight Kiss event is not guaranteed.
03 · Tickets and pricing
Ticket tiers
Early Bird admission is $15, Regular Admission is $20, VIP is $50, and At-the-Door admission is $25 if capacity remains. VIP includes skip-the-line early entry, reserved table seating, and a champagne bottle for the VIP table. Dreamland Lounge controls alcohol service and requires valid 21+ identification.
Ticketing and payment processing may be provided by third-party platforms. Their checkout terms and privacy practices also apply to information submitted directly through those services.
04 · Privacy
How information is used
Midnight Kiss uses information you choose to provide to respond to inquiries, administer tickets, communicate event updates, and operate the experience. The website's inquiry forms prepare an email in your own email application; the website does not store those form entries.
Ticketing and payment providers may collect the information needed to process purchases, prevent fraud, issue tickets, and complete refunds. Midnight Kiss does not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers as needed to operate the event, comply with law, or protect guests and the organization.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by Midnight Kiss, email front.desk@midnightkiss.org. Information may be retained when necessary for transactions, legal obligations, security, or dispute resolution.
05 · Event changes
Schedule, venue, and cancellation
Event details may change when necessary for safety, venue operations, artist availability, or circumstances outside our control. Material changes will be communicated through the ticketing platform, email, the Midnight Kiss website, or official social channels. If an event is canceled, ticket holders will receive instructions through the original ticketing platform.
